When I hear the cartoon jingle “Five a Day” on the radio or TV, I just roll my eyes and think, wow, that’s cheesy. And seriously, five servings of fruits or vegetables a day? Ugh.     Not only is it sooo much better for you, but I know I feel a lot better when I am eating mostly fruits and vegetables.

      It is! I definitely feel MUCH better when I eat nutritious and delicious fruits and veggies. Even as a vegetarian, I can still pig out, so when I cleanse my system with salads, fruits and more veggie meals, my body really feels so much better! — Mae, Team ETSIS
