Soooo much work, right? Yeah. It’s easy to write off things when they sound corny or labor intensive. But could you actually sit down and eat a whole pint of ice cream without batting an eyelash? I know I could (and have, sadly). :T

More beauty benefits of fruit:
Vitamin C which helps to repair damaged skin tissues and boosts skin’s natural protection from UV exposure. It also aids in the production of collagen. So it helps skin look refreshed and firm, and is also a natural sunscreen for the skin.
This super fruit is packed with fiber (who knew!), Vitamins B6, C, E, potassium and non-saturated fats (aka, the good fat). Blueberries, strawberries and blackberries all have lots of antioxidants, vitamins C and E. These nutrients fight free radical damage and boost the natural radiance and firmness in your skin.
The added benefit of eating lots of fruits? You may be reducing your cancer risks.
